SRM/Shimano Crank Failure On "Vanity Ridge"

Usage history unknown.

Note failure is at narrow section of "ridge". Compare to, for example, FAIL-090. In many ways, the "ridge" shown above is the same as a groove, also known as a "vanity" groove because it removes a small amount of weight at the expense of big loss in durability.
